Ingredients
- 1 lb. chorizo sausage, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained and chopped
- 1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- hot cooked rice
Directions

1Cook sausage in large skillet over low heat until done.

2Drain and reserve.

3Add to skillet onion, green pepper and garlic; saute until tender.

4Add beans, tomatoes, sausage and seasonings; simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes or add to crock-pot and cook on low as long as desired.

5Great for football parties.

6Serve over rice. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
