Ingredients
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1In mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in water.

2Add sugar, salt and about half of flour.

3Beat thoroughly 2 minutes; add egg and oil. Beat in gradually the rest of flour until smooth.

4Cover with damp cloth.

5Place in refrigerator.

6Punch down occasionally as dough rises at least

72 hours or overnight.

8Shape while cold into rolls and place on greased baking sheet.

9Brush tops with melted butter; let rise until light, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

10Heat oven to 400°.

11Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
