Easy Refrigerator Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 7 c. flour (regular)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. shortening
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water; let rise.

2Add half the flour (3 1/2 cups) and beat for 2 minutes with electric mixer.

3Add egg, shortening and remaining flour.

4Beat again for 2 minutes. Cover with damp cloth and place in refrigerator.

5Push down occasionally.

6Two hours prior to baking, cut off the amount needed and return rest to fridge.

7Shape into rolls and let rise 2 hours.

8Place in greased pan and bake at 350° until brown.
