- 2 c. chopped rhubarb
- 1 box dry strawberry jello
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Jiffy cake mix (dry)
- 1 c. warm water
Directions

1Layer the ingredients in an 8 x 8-inch loaf pan.

2Place rhubarb on the bottom of the pan.

3Sprinkle dry jello over rhubarb.

4Sprinkle sugar over jello.

5Sprinkle cake mix (yellow or white) over sugar.

6Pour water over all ingredients.

7Bake in oven for 40 minutes at 375°.
