- 5 c. rhubarb, cut into very small pieces
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
- 1 tsp. margarine
Directions

1Combine rhubarb, sugar and pineapple and bring mixture to a boil. Cook slowly for 12 minutes and remove from heat.

2Add gelatin and stir until well mixed.

3Skim and pour into jars.

4Seal with paraffin wax.
