  • 5 c. rhubarb, cut into very small pieces
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
  • 1 tsp. margarine

Directions

    Combine rhubarb, sugar and pineapple and bring mixture to a boil. Cook slowly for 12 minutes and remove from heat.

    Add gelatin and stir until well mixed.

    Skim and pour into jars.

    Seal with paraffin wax.
