- 1 chopped green pepper
- 2 chopped green onions
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
Directions

1Fry 3 tbsp. of uncooked rice until brown. Add peppers and onions and saute. Add rest of uncooked rice, salt and pepper, and tomatoes. Add a little water if its too dry. Cover and simmer 1/2 hour.
