  • 1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 2 c. skim milk
  • 1 (0.9 oz.) pkg. sugar-free vanilla-flavored instant pudding and pie filling mix
  • 2 c. cooked rice, cooked without salt or fat
  • 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.

    Combine reserved juice and raisins in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
