  • 1 1/2 green peppers, chopped
  • 2 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 c. tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
