  • 4 lb. beef roast
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 (16 oz.) bottle Coke
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 bottle catsup (14 oz.)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Rub roast well with garlic, salt and pepper.

    Sear roast on all sides in hot oil.

    Remove from pan.
  4. 4
    Drain off excess fat. Place roast in foil-lined pan.
  5. 5
    Pour Coke and catsup over roast. Cover roast loosely with foil.

    Bake 3 hours at 325°.
