  • 1 cheap roast
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 potatoes, cut up (optional)
  • carrots (optional)
  • onions (optional)

Directions

    Pour soups over roast.

    Arrange potatoes, carrots and onion pieces around roast, if so desired.

    Seal all in aluminum foil. Place in oven.
  4. 4
    Bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 325° or 4 hours at 250°.
