Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 pkg. active yeast
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg custard mix (4 serving pkg.)
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Pour water in a large bowl and sprinkle yeast over it and stir until it has dissolved.

2Add oil, salt and custard mix.

3Add 2 cups flour; beat until smooth.

4Add more flour until you can handle dough with hands.

5Knead a few minutes, then

6knead dough greatly to work out bubbles and shape into rolls.

7Place in greased pan and let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

8Bake at 360° for 12 minutes.
