- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 bunch green onions
- 2 bell peppers
- 3 or more tomatoes
- vinegar
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Cut vegetables into bite size pieces, leaving the peeling on them.

2Cut up cucumbers first; pour enough vinegar over them to cover them.

3Cut up onions next, then the peppers.

4Slightly salt each layer.

5Cut up tomatoes last and sprinkle with sugar.

6Let set in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.

7Do not mix until ready to serve.
