  • 4 Anaheim chile peppers, roasted, peeled and stems and seeds removed
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
  • 1 small clove garlic, diced
  • 1 tsp. salt (more or less to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano

Directions

    Dice chilies; then combine all ingredients in blender.

    Mix on low speed, until desired consistency.

    Keep in a covered container in refrigerator.
