  • 1 can Extra Hot Rotel Tomatoes
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 bunch cilantro, coarsly chopped
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) beer
