Easy Sausage Balls

  • 3 c. biscuit mix
  • 1 lb. hot or mild pork sausage (room temperature)
  • 10 oz. sharp or mild Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Crumble the sausage and mix with cheese. Add biscuit mix, one cup at a time. Form into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter); place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 350° to 375° oven until light brown (13 to 15 minutes). Can be prepared in advance and frozen, uncooked.
