  • approximately 14 graham crackers
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs yolks
  • 1 can Eagle Brand evaporated milk
  • juice of 1 lemon

Directions

    Roll graham crackers very fine and add with flour, sugar and butter.

    Pat mixture into pie pan and up sides.

    Stir egg yolks and add to milk, stirring fast.

    Pour in juice and stir.
  5. 5
    Pour into pie shell.
