  • 1 pkg.(12 oz.) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1/2 c. shredded carrot
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped gren onion
  • 1 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed, crushed
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) sliced sharp process American cheese, cut in half diagonally
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen breaded fish sticks
  • paprika
  • lemon slices
  • celery leaves

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Grease a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

    In a large bowl, break up potatoes with a fork.

    Add carrot, green onion, dill, seasoned salt and pepper; toss until combined.

    Spread half of the vegetable mixture in baking dish.

    Top with half of the cheese.
