  • 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
  • 2 cups hot mashed potatoes Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 60 g (about 1/4 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Kraft Shredded Marble Cheddar Cheese, divided
  • 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas), thawed
  • 1 cup beef gravy

    Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Brown meat in large skillet; drain.

    Mix potatoes, cream cheese, garlic and 1/2 cup shredded cheese until blended.

    Combine meat, vegetables and gravy; spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
