Easy Shrimp Bisque

Ingredients
- 1/3 lb of large p&d shrimp
- (apx. 10 shrimp)
- 1 tbls light butter
- 2 cans of tomato bisque
- 2% milk
- fat-free 1/2 & 1/2
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning blend
- 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning blend
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 2 tbls of sliced green onions
- (I slice & freeze these in bunches)
Directions

1In a medium pot, melt 1 tbls of light butter. Then add the sliced green onions and let simmer for a few minutes.

2Add all ingredients except shrimp. While this begins to simmer, quickly dice the shrimp into 1/3 inch chunks and add to the bisque. When the shrimp starts to get red and boil the bisque is done.
