Easy Shrimp Creole

Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. cooked shrimp (about 1 1/2 c.)
- 1 3/4 c. canned tomatoes
- 1/4 c. diced green pepper
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Saute green pepper, onion and celery in butter until slightly cooked, about 5 minutes.

2Add and blend flour.

3Combine with tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar and bay leaf.

4Cook gently for 30 minutes.

5Remove bay leaf.

6Add shrimp and Worcestershire sauce. Serve plain or over cooked rice.
