- yellow squash
- zucchini squash
- onions
- potatoes
- green tomatoes
- okra
- seasoning (optional; I use only black pepper)
Directions

1Slice or cut up all vegetables and put in skillet with a little oil in it.

2Cook slowly until all vegetables are tender or done.

3Turn occasionally to keep from sticking or burning.

4Use lid to steam and they will cook faster.

5Use as many of each vegetable as you like.

6Makes delicious summer meal served with cornbread.
