Ingredients

  • yellow squash
  • zucchini squash
  • onions
  • potatoes
  • green tomatoes
  • okra
  • seasoning (optional; I use only black pepper)

Directions

    Slice or cut up all vegetables and put in skillet with a little oil in it.

    Cook slowly until all vegetables are tender or done.
  3. 3
    Turn occasionally to keep from sticking or burning.
  4. 4
    Use lid to steam and they will cook faster.
  5. 5
    Use as many of each vegetable as you like.
  6. 6
    Makes delicious summer meal served with cornbread.
