- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 6 oz. uncooked spaghetti
Directions

1In a large skillet, cook the onion and ground beef in oil until brown.

2Stir in all other ingredients except spaghetti. Cover and cook until mixture boils.

3Break the spaghetti into pieces and add to the sauce.

4Cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until spaghetti is tender.

5Stir often.
