Easy Spinach Casserole

- 2 lb. fresh spinach or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 lb. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cook spinach for 5 to 8 minutes or as directed on package. Drain and mix with cream cheese, 4 tablespoons butter, salt and pepper.

3Pour into casserole.

4Melt remaining butter. Toss with crumbs and sprinkle over casserole. Bake 20 to 30 minutes. Even spinach haters like this!
