- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. sugar or 1/8 c. honey
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 egg
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Mix yeast, sugar, oil, egg and flour.

3Place in tightly covered bowl and refrigerate.

4Spoon into muffin tins and bake at 400° for 5 minutes.

5Never stir down the remaining batter and be sure to keep covered.

6Will keep in refrigerator for 5 to 7 days.
