  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Italian Dressing
  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus spears (1 lb.), cut into 1-inch lengths
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese, divided

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Heat dressing in large nonstick ovenproof skillet.

    Add asparagus; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.

    Beat eggs, milk and 1 cup of the cheese in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.

    Add to asparagus; stir gently.

    Bake 25 min.

    or until centre is set, sprinkling with remaining 1/2 cup cheese after 20 min.
