- 1 bunch fresh asparagus spears (1 lb.), cut into 1-inch lengths
- 8 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese, divided

2Heat dressing in large nonstick ovenproof skillet.

3Add asparagus; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.

4Beat eggs, milk and 1 cup of the cheese in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.

5Add to asparagus; stir gently.

6Bake 25 min.

7or until centre is set, sprinkling with remaining 1/2 cup cheese after 20 min.
