Ingredients
- 1 lb. stew meat
- 3 carrots
- 1 can beef gravy
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 medium potatoes
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. red wine
- 1 can drained peas (optional)
- seasonings (salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder)
Directions

1Cut up all ingredients and place in baking dish. Add gravy, tomato sauce, flour, wine and seasonings.

2Mix well.

3Add water so liquid almost covers ingredients.

4Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil so steam can't escape.

5Place in oven at 325°.

6No need to preheat oven.

7Bake 3 to 4 hours.

8After 3 hours, add 1 can drained peas, if desired.
