- 2 lb. 10 oz. chicken parts, skinned
- 3/4 c. buttermilk
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Rinse and dry chicken.

3Pour buttermilk into pan; on wax paper combine flour, salt and pepper.

4Dip chicken in buttermilk, then into flour.

5Spray baking sheet with Pam. Place chicken on baking sheet, meaty side down.

6Drizzle oil evenly over pieces.

7Bake 30 minutes.

8Turn chicken and bake 15 minutes longer or until juices are clear when pricked with fork.
