- 1 lb. stew beef
- 1 pkg. frozen Southern style hash brown potatoes
- 2 cans carrot slices
- 2 cans tomato soup (condensed)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In large pot, brown beef in a little water.

2Precook hash browns (1/2 package at a time) in microwave for 6 minutes on High power.

3In pot with browned meat, add cooked potatoes, drained carrots, 2 cans soup and 1 can of water.

4Stir together and salt and pepper to taste.

5Simmer on low to medium heat for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring and adding more water as needed.
