Marinated Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 100 grams Smoked salmon
  • 1/2 large Onion
  • 1/2 medium Carrot
  • 1 stalk Celery (stem part)
  • 70 ml Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt

Directions

    Slice the onion thinly, soak in water, and drain.

    Rinse under cold running water while squeezing.

    Pat dry with paper towels.

    Julienne the carrot into whatever length you prefer.

    Do the same with the celery.

    Mix the ingredients well.

    Mix the prepped vegetables with the sauce.

    Refrigerate until the flavour is absorbed and the vegetables are soft and wilted.

    Mix with bite-sized salmon right before eating it, and you're done!
