- 100 grams Smoked salmon
- 1/2 large Onion
- 1/2 medium Carrot
- 1 stalk Celery (stem part)
- 70 ml Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
Directions

1Slice the onion thinly, soak in water, and drain.

2Rinse under cold running water while squeezing.

3Pat dry with paper towels.

4Julienne the carrot into whatever length you prefer.

5Do the same with the celery.

6Mix the ingredients well.

7Mix the prepped vegetables with the sauce.

8Refrigerate until the flavour is absorbed and the vegetables are soft and wilted.

9Mix with bite-sized salmon right before eating it, and you're done!
