Easy Strawberry Pie

  • 1 pt. strawberries
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. strawberry jello (approximately 1/2 of 3 oz. box)
  • baked pie shell
  • Cool Whip (optional)

Directions

    Slice strawberries into baked pie shell.

    Boil water, cornstarch and sugar, while stirring, until thick.

    Add jello. Pour the mixture over strawberries while hot.

    Cool in refrigerator.

    Top with Cool Whip and garnish with strawberries, if desired.
