- 1 steak we use porterhouse-which comes to about 2 pounds
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 1 onion small, chopped
- 4 ounces sliced mushrooms undrained
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 ounce onion soup mix we use mrs. grass
- 1 pint sour cream
- wide egg noodles Hot cooked
Directions

1Slice the steak diagonally into strips; dredge in flour.

2Brown the pieces in the butter in a large skillet.

3Add the onion and mushrooms with the liquid from the mushrooms.

4Stir in the soup mix.

5Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and add the sour cream.

6Cook, until thoroughly heated-about 15-20 minutes and serve over the noodles.
