Easy Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
- 4 green bell peppers
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cup cooked rice
- 2 cup tomato sauce
Directions

1Cook beef and onions, drain fat.

2Add garlic and mix.

3Set aside

4Wash peppers.

5Cut tops off and scoop seeds out.

6Note: cut a little bit of pepper off each bottom so the peppers set level.

7Place on baking dish.

8Pre-heat oven to 350

9Scoop 2 tablespoons of rice into each pepper.

10Scoop 2 tablespoons of beef into each pepper.

11Until full.

12Top each one with tomato sauce.

13Put lids of peppers back on if desired.

14I do this to keep the heat inside pepper.

15Bake for 45-50 min
