Easy Stuffed Squash

- 4 summer squash
- 2/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 slices bread, crumbled
- salt and pepper to taste
- paprika
Directions

1Prick squash several times with fork.

2Parboil about 10 minutes. Remove from heat; drain and cool. Slice in half.

3Scoop out the meat of the squash onto separate plate.

4Add crumbled bread, grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste.

5Spoon mixture back into squash boats.

6Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese melts.

7Sprinkle on paprika to color.
