Easy Summer Squash Casserole

  • 2 whole Yellow Squash
  • 2 whole Zucchini
  • 1 whole Medium Onion
  • 2 pinches Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 4 teaspoons Butter
  • 6 slices Swiss Cheese

Directions

    Slice squashes into rounds. Chop onion fine. Layer alternately yellow squash, zucchini and onions.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper and dot each layer with butter.

    Place, covered, in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until tender.

    Remove from oven and place Swiss cheese over top. Return to oven, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
