Easy Taco Dip

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 envelopes mild chili seasoning mix (McCormick)
  • 2 medium cans tomato sauce
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • nacho chips

Directions

    Brown meat in skillet; drain.

    Add chili mix and tomato sauce; simmer 10 minutes.

    Cut Velveeta into small cubes.

    Put 1/2 of the Velveeta on bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Cover with meat mixture. Top with remaining Velveeta.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or microwave until cheese is melted.

    Serve with nachos.
