Ingredients
- 10 c. flour
- 3 pkg. dry yeast
- 3 3/4 c. warm water
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 to 5 tsp. salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/3 c. oleo, melted
Directions

1Measure 10 cups flour into big (Fix-N-Mix) bowl.

2In large bowl, mix dry yeast with warm water.

3Add sugar, salt and eggs. Seal, burp and shake until mixed.

4Make a well in flour with large mixing bowl.

5Pour liquid mixture into well.

6Do not stir.
-
7Seal Fix-N-Mix bowl.

8Burp and place in sink in very hot water.

9Seal will pop in 20 to 30 minutes.

10Remove from sink.

11Add 1/3 cup oleo, melted.

12Stir with wooden spoon until thoroughly mixed.

13Seal and replace in hot water.
-
14Seal will pop in about 15 minutes.

15Remove from sink.
-
16Bake rolls at 350° until golden brown.

17Makes 2 loaves or 3 dozen rolls.
