- 1 qt. warm water
- 3 sticks celery
- 1 onion
Directions

1Preheat oven to 475°.

2Prepare turkey for roasting.

3Put celery and onion inside turkey.

4Place turkey in a covered roasting pan.

5Cook for 1 hour.

6Turn off the oven.

7Do not open oven door.

8Leave in oven overnight.

9Turkey is golden brown. Important not to open the oven until the next morning.
