  • 1 qt. warm water
  • 3 sticks celery
  • 1 onion

Directions

    Preheat oven to 475°.

    Prepare turkey for roasting.

    Put celery and onion inside turkey.

    Place turkey in a covered roasting pan.

    Cook for 1 hour.

    Turn off the oven.

    Do not open oven door.

    Leave in oven overnight.

    Turkey is golden brown. Important not to open the oven until the next morning.
