- 1 (5 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. chopped, cooked turkey
Directions

1Cook noodles as directed on package and drain.

2Combine soup, 1 cup cheese, pimento and milk.

3Stir until well blended.

4Add turkey and mix well.

5Add noodles to turkey mixture and mix well.

6Turn into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.

7Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 350° until hot and bubbly.
