- 2 c. cooked, cubed turkey
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 2 (15 oz.) cans mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 1/2 c. chicken stock
- 1 stick margarine or butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Mix together turkey pieces, soup, mixed vegetables and turkey stock.

2Set aside.

3Coat a 13 x 9-inch casserole with the melted margarine.

4Pour out excess margarine and reserve for later use. Next, pour vegetable-turkey mixture into the buttered casserole dish.
