- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- 29 ounces pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350.

2In large bowl combine evaporated milk, pumpkin, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt; mix well.

3Pour mixture into greased 9x13 dish.

4Sprinkle with entire box of dry cake mix.

5Drizzle melted butter over entire pan.

6Sprinkle with nuts.

7Bake for 50-60 minutes.
