- 6 bacon slices
- 1 c. broccoli flowerets
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 3 oz. linguine, cooked and drained
- 1/2 c. cherry tomato halves
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp.

2Drain bacon, reserving 2 tablespoons fat.

3Saute broccoli and onions in reserved fat.

4Crumble bacon. Add vegetables and bacon to combined remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

5Serve with additional cheese.
