  • 2 Potatoes (Peeled and cut into cubes)
  • 3 cups Frozen Vegetables (Peas, Carrots)
  • 1/2 cup of pasta shells
  • Half a Can of Tomatoe Paste
  • 1 Tbsp of Flour
  • 2 Tbsp of Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbsp of Vegeta
