- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 3 1/2 c. Swanson Beef Broth
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 medium potato
- 1 c. fresh or frozen cut green beans
Directions

1Heat the oil in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat.

2Add the onion, garlic, parsley and thyme and cook until the onion is tender-crisp.

3Add the broth, carrots, potato and beans to the saucepan and heat to a boil.

4Reduce the heat to low.

5Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
