  • 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Italian Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pkg. (340 g) simulated ground beef
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 6 plum tomatoes, grated
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil, divided
  • 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese

Directions

    Heat dressing in large saucepan on medium-high heat.

    Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 5 min.

    or until onions are softened.

    Add simulated ground beef, carrots, tomatoes and 1/4 cup basil; stir.

    Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min.

    or until liquid is reduced by half, stirring occasionally.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in cheese.

    Sprinkle with remaining basil.
