- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Italian Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pkg. (340 g) simulated ground beef
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 6 plum tomatoes, grated
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil, divided
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
Directions

1Heat dressing in large saucepan on medium-high heat.

2Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 5 min.

3or until onions are softened.

4Add simulated ground beef, carrots, tomatoes and 1/4 cup basil; stir.

5Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min.

6or until liquid is reduced by half, stirring occasionally.

7Remove from heat.

8Stir in cheese.

9Sprinkle with remaining basil.
