Ingredients
- 1 large can tomato or V-8 juice
- 1 small cabbage, shredded
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 4 to 5 medium potatoes, chopped
- 1 c. chopped or sliced carrots
- 2 to 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 to 3 small zucchini, sliced
Directions

1In a large pot, empty can of juice; match with one can water. Heat to boil while preparing veggies.

2Add veggies to juice when it reaches a boil.

3Boil for 5 minutes, then lower heat to simmer and cook until veggies are tender.

4Season with black pepper and garlic powder to taste.
