Easy Venison Roast

- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) venison roast
- salt
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper marinade
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 3 cloves garlic, quartered
- 1 small onion, chopped
Directions

1Combine vinegar and 2 quarts water.

2Add roast.

3Soak overnight.

4Rinse well.

5Soak in salted water for 2 hours.

6Rinse. Combine 1 teaspoon salt, lemon pepper marinade, oregano and seasoned salt.

7Rub on roast.

8Cover with garlic and onion.

9Place in a slow cooker.

10Add 1/4 to 1/3 cup water.

11Cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
