- salt and pepper
- onion
- Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°.

2If meat is not tender, pound it, treating each piece separately.

3Center the steak on a piece of aluminum foil of suitable size.

4Salt and pepper steak.

5Add 2 or 3 onion slices and a dash of Worcestershire sauce.

6Wrap tightly. Lay in pan and bake for 4 hours at 300°.
