  • venison steaks (any cut will do)
  • salt and pepper
  • onion
  • Worcestershire sauce

    Preheat oven to 300°.

    If meat is not tender, pound it, treating each piece separately.

    Center the steak on a piece of aluminum foil of suitable size.

    Salt and pepper steak.

    Add 2 or 3 onion slices and a dash of Worcestershire sauce.

    Wrap tightly. Lay in pan and bake for 4 hours at 300°.
