- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Add sugar, salt and oil.

3Mix well. Add sifted flour to mixture and stir.

4Put dough on floured surface and knead several times.

5Roll out and cut into biscuits. Let rise 45 minutes to 1 hour in greased baking dish.

6Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.

7Makes about 10 biscuits.
