Ingredients

  • 2 c. warm water
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 4 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in water; add remaining ingredients.

    Mix well after each addition.

    Spoon into muffin tins sprayed with Pam. Bake at 400° until brown, about 15 minutes.

    Refrigerate unused portion.

    It will keep about 1 week.
