Easy Yeast Rolls

- 1 cake yeast
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Scald milk. Add butter.

2Cool.

3Crumble yeast with 1 tablespoon sugar and mix until liquid, then add to cooled milk. Mix 1/2 cup sugar to eggs.

4Add salt.

5Combine with milk mixture. Stir in flour.

6Cover and let rise in refrigerator overnight. Divide dough into 3 parts.

7Roll each part into a circle, about 1/2-inch thick.

8Cut into 16 pie shaped wedges. Roll into crescent rolls and let rise for 4 hours.

9Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Makes 48 rolls.
